Affiliates must NOT:

• Make false or misleading health claims

• Claim VitaGumi products cure or treat medical conditions

• Impersonate VitaGumi or act as an official representative

• Use spam or unsolicited email marketing

• Use misleading advertising tactics

All supplement-related promotions must comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Termination of Participation
